What protection do I have if I select Winston Heating as my heating expert?
We are a Gas safe registered company using only fully qualified staff and contractors. We are fully insured to perform our services.
When will my installation date be booked?
After order confirmation, we’ll work with you to schedule the earliest convenient installation date. You’ll receive a notification once your date is set.
Will the boiler installation make a mess?
Our engineers take every precaution to keep your home clean during installation. We cover work areas and clean up thoroughly once the job is done. If you have any specific questions or requests please discuss these with the team prior to the day of installation.
Do I need to do anything before my Winston Heating installer arrives?

Will Winston Heating take away my old boiler?
Yes, our team will remove and dispose of your old boiler responsibly as part of our installation service. We aim to recycle as much of the old boiler as possible, ensuring environmentally friendly disposal whenever possible.
How do I keep my warranty valid?
To maintain your warranty, it’s important to have regular boiler servicing as recommended by the manufacturer. We offer service packages to help keep your warranty intact.
What does my warranty cover?

Do I need to activate my warranty?

Can I get boiler cover from Winston Heating?
Yes, we offer options for extended warranty and maintenance plans to cover your boiler. Our team can provide a quote on a suitable plan for added peace of mind.
If I change my mind and wish to cancel, what is the process?
No matter the reason, if you change your mind and wish to cancel your installation you can do so without incurring any charges. If you have paid any monies to Winston Heating they will be refunded to the same bank account. – see T&C’s

What is a combi boiler?

What is a plume management kit?
